PURPOSE: A device for preventing oil leakage of a hose connection part of a power steering is provided to reduce costs by preventing oil leakage even if the length of a sleeve is short. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing oil leakage of a hose connection part of a power steering comprises a pipe(3), a sleeve(5), a hose(1), and an oil leakage prevention member. The pipe has a protrusion with an expanded diameter and is inserted into the sleeve. The sleeve has a contact part which is contact with the protrusion. The hose is installed between the outer surface of the pipe and the inner surface of the sleeve. The oil leakage prevention member is inserted into a gap between the protrusion and the contact part and prevents oil leakage.
