PURPOSE: A dish washer for recycling waste hot is provided to reduce the waste of energy required for heating water by supplying waste hot water to a sink bowl. CONSTITUTION: A dish washer for recycling waste hot comprises a dish water body(10), a hot water tank(12), a first water level sensor(41), a heater(40), a heat exchanging unit(12a), a heating unit(13), a washing nozzle(20), and a drain pump. The dish water body washes and sterilizes stacked dishes using washing and rinsing water. A scale removing agent feeding unit(12b) and a second water level sensor(12c) are installed on the top of the hot water tank. The first water level sensor and the heater are installed in the inner top and bottom of a washing water tank. The heat exchanging unit is installed inside the hot water tank. The heating unit heats the heat exchanging unit. The washing nozzle is connected to a pump(15) through a connection pipe(17). A drain pipe of the drain pump is connected to the bottom of the washing water tank.
