CONSTITUTION: A solar head(100) is placed at an upper portion of a solar body(150), and the upper plane of the solar head comprises a solar panel(101). The lower plane of the solar head has a round cable hole(107). A storage battery(103) stores the electric energy transferred from a solar panel(153). A fan controller(105) adjusts an RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) of a fan(151).
