The machine has discharge, exhaust and measuring valves formed in a discharge screw cap, an exhaust screw cap and a measuring screw cap (51). A valve body connecting piece comprises a guiding cylinder. A pre-head circular surface of the cylinder acts as a sealing surface to a screw cap sealing disk in case of the discharge valve. An inner surface of the cylinder acts as a sealing surface to a semi-permeable screw cap membrane cartridge in case of the exhaust valve. The inner surface of the cylinder acts as a sealing surface to a screw cap sealing insert (54) in case of the measuring valve.
