PURPOSE: A device for opening and closing a glove box for a vehicle is provided to eliminate noise occurred when an operation rod is hung on a coupling groove by integrally injection-molding the end of the operation rod. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and closing a glove box for a vehicle comprises an operation rod(100). The operation rod comprises a contact part(110) and an inclined part(120). The contact part is formed in one side of the operation rod which is hung on a hanging groove(200). The contact part is made of an elastic material. The inclined part is located at the end of the contact part and is inclined in a door direction when a door is closed.
