METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING INFORMATION ON COMPONENT CARRIERS IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting information on component carriers in a wireless communication system is provided to secure transmitting/receiving wide bandwidth in an uplink and a downlink. CONSTITUTION: Information about the number of available CC(Component Carrier) of a user equipment(10) is delivered to an RRC(Radio Resource Control) layer of the terminal from the RRC layer(310) of a base station(20). The available CC information is delivered as RRC message form. Information about the CC allocation is included in the physical layer resources control information. The information is transmitted to a physical layer(350) of the terminal.
