PURPOSE: An air compressor is provided to improve compression efficiency because two or more pistons for compressing air are operated. CONSTITUTION: An air compressor comprises a power shaft(120), two or more pistons(130), and a head(140). The power shaft is coupled to the inside a housing(110) through a shaft. A spiral guide groove(121) is formed on the outer surface of the power shaft and is vertically reciprocated. A roller(131), coupled to the guide groove of the power shaft, is coupled to one side of the pistons through a shaft. The pistons are installed around the power shaft. The head is coupled to the top of the housing and has two or more cylinders(141). The cylinders compresse external air and discharges the compressed external air through an air outlet(143).
