PURPOSE: A buoyant solar energy generating apparatus is provided to remarkably reduce installation, maintenance, and repair costs by floating a solar cell module with steel wires. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module(100) includes a disk frame(104) with a solar cell(102) and a floating body(106). A plurality of rotary modules(130) rotate the frame. A plurality of steel wires(110) connect the rotary modules to the ground. A length control module(120) is arranged on the ground to support the steel wires and controls the length of the steel wires.
