PURPOSE: A cooking utensil using radiation is provided to enable food to be appropriately cooked according to its kind since the height of a roasting plate is controlled by a protrusion and a fitting groove. CONSTITUTION: A cooking utensil(100) using radiation comprises a coupling shaft unit(50) and a coupling groove unit(60). The coupling shaft unit is installed on the central lower part of a lid(30). The coupling shaft unit comprises a main shaft and a bolt shaft. The main shaft is coupled to the lid and is protruded downwardly. The bolt shaft is extended from the main shaft and is protruded downwardly. The coupling groove unit is coupled to a reflective plate(40). The coupling groove unit comprises a groove and a nut. The nut is formed on the upper part of the groove. |
