PURPOSE: A g-shaped paper clip is provided to stably maintain the organized state of documents and easily place bound documents on the flat surface of a table or a floor. CONSTITUTION: A g-shaped paper clip is formed into a plate shape. Both facing end parts are parallel. A clip main body part(110) is formed into a convex shape to one direction. An elastic transformable part is integrated with the center part of the clip main body part. The elastic transformable part is formed into a convex shape to opposite direction of the clip main body part. A wing part(120) is expanded from at least one of both end parts of the clip main body part.
