PURPOSE: A belt scraping device is provided to facilitate the removal of foreign materials from a belt conveyor because of easy control of contact pressure of a scraper against the belt. CONSTITUTION: A belt scraping device comprises a supporting rod, a scraping member(210), a first connector(221), a first housing(231a), a first tension member(231), a first setting angle adjusting member(241), a second connector(222), a second tension member(232), and a second setting angle adjusting member(242). The scraping member scrapes foreign materials from the surface of a belt. The first tension member comprises a first core(231b) which is embedded in the first housing and connected to the first connector and a first elastic element(231c) which is installed between the first housing and the first core. The first setting angle adjusting member comprises a first ratchet wheel(241a) which is installed on a side of the first housing, a first pole(241b) which allows the first ratchet wheel to rotate only in the specific direction, and a first operation lever(241c) which controls the rotation angle of the first ratchet wheel to adjust the setting angle of the scraping member.
