PURPOSE: A heating and cooling system for a vinyl greenhouse is provided to uniformly heat and cool the internal temperature of the vinyl greenhouse, and to freely control the temperature of the vinyl greenhouse. CONSTITUTION: A heating and cooling system for a vinyl greenhouse comprises the following: a fluid supply source(30) installed on the outside of a vinyl greenhouse body(10); a fan coil unit(20) installed on the vinyl greenhouse body, and connected to the fluid supply source for heat exchanging air inside the vinyl greenhouse body with fluid inside the fluid supply source; a drill hole protecting member(32) including an underground water inlet hole(32a); a pump installed on one side of the drill hole protecting member for discharging underground water from the drill hole protecting member; a filling member(34) inserted in between a drill hole(31) and the drill hole protecting member; and an underground heat exchange unit(40) cooling and heating soil.
