<p>PURPOSE: A jig for transferring pipes into a ship block using rollers is provided to facilitate the pipe transfer using rollers and prevent damage to pipes due to contact with other structures. CONSTITUTION: A jig for transferring pipes into a ship block using rollers comprises a jig body(10), a fixed jig part(20), a movable jig part(30), rollers(40), and a jig transfer clamp(50). A jig mounting part(11) is formed on the upper side of the jig body. The fixed jig part is inserted to one side of the jig mounting part. The movable jig part is inserted to the other side of the jig mounting part. The rollers are installed on the fixed and movable jig parts and rotate in contact with pipes. The jig transfer clamp fixes the jig body on a structure.</p> |
