PURPOSE: A multi image calling server based on a plurality of users is provided to supply a current image of a state in real time through a connection of an image telephone of a requested stare in a time when it is not predicted. CONSTITUTION: A video call management unit(220) connects a plurality of a second user terminal and number of a first user terminal which a plurality of second terminals(202) desires to receives fro a multilateral video call service. If the first user terminal requests a multilateral video call, a multilateral video call unit(210) connects the requested multilateral video cal to the second user terminal through a registered subscriber information. The multilateral image call unit transmits an image of the first user terminal to the plurality of second user terminals.
