A hydromechanical clamping chuck comprises a housing, clamping and mounting jaws, a locking mechanism consisting of a hydraulic cylinder and a rotary shaft. The cylinder contains a body and a T-shaped pusher. The body of hydraulic cylinder is made as a stepped sleeve housed in the chuck body in parallel to the axis of rotation. A pusher is equipped at the end with a spring-loaded ball. The rotary shaft is made with slots on the outer surface and is equipped with a sleeve fitted thereon with the slots on its inner surface. The sleeve is made in the form of a ball truncated from above and from below. On the lateral surface of sleeve mutually perpendicular blind holes are made to contact with the pusher. Perpendicularly to the axis of blind holes, at their ends, through holes are made for removal of accidentally introduced oil. The diameter of through holes is equal to a half of the diameter of pusher ball. Improvement of the accuracy of machining is achieved. |
