A method for application of catalytic wick furnace KFP-1-180 at which the furnace is installed on horizontal surface, with filling fuel to tank-reservoir, with heating furnace due to catalytic burning of fuel. One fixes the furnace on mobile mean, with binding the mobile mean with catalytic wick furnace to carrier by means of cable with length of 5-. One heats catalytic wick furnace to temperature higher than temperature of engine of carrier. One covers the engine of the carrier with heat-insulation screen. One tugs the carrier with catalytic wick furnace. One demonstrates higher temperature of catalytic wick furnace compared to hidden temperature round the engine of the carrier. One simulates heat target and decreases possibility of detection of the carrier with heat homing head of high-accuracy ammunition at motion of the carrier. One controls presence of fuel and approximate time of operation of furnace by means of measuring ruler.
