A device for the production of finely dispersed particles from rocks of basalt type relates to chemical industry, machine building, particularly to the production of finely dispersed particles of materials, which can be used as additives in protective coatings, dyes, abrasive products, etc. The device comprises furnace, made with the possibility of melting of basalt, with bushing. The rotation disk is made as breaker of basalt current and connected with coordinate regulator, made with the possibility of change of distance and angular position of rotation disk in relation to the axis of basalt current. Besides the rotation disk is made changeable with the possibility of grinding by centered dispersion, reflection by blades or cutoff. The device is successfully experienced, differed with its universality and operating convenience. |
