A heat exchange block of heat recovery unit has a pack of plates with rows of openings in flat-oval form with flanging, those go to openings of neighboring plates with formation of tubes that in row are placed in pairs with counter inclination in each pair of tubes, and in neighboring rows pairs of tubes are arranged in chess order with formation of confuser-diffuser channels. At that each of the tubes formed is equipped at one side of pack with closed bottom, and at the other side with device for filling with heat carrier, is free of air and partially filled with heat carrier, and tightened. In the plates additionally rows of turned with alternation by 180° cuts are formed with formation of tabs bended at angle to plane of plates with opposite inclination in neighboring cuts. At that the rows of cuts close to tubes are arranged I parallel to large axles of tubes and in neighboring plates cuts are arranged with shift.
