PURPOSE: A power and video signal supplying device of a monitoring camera is provided to use an infrared LED unit by purchasing and conveniently mounting the infrared LED unit. CONSTITUTION: A power and video signal supplying device of a monitoring camera includes a camera module(3) having a lens unit and a printing circuit board(31) for a camera module fixing the camera module. The device also includes a cover(5) fixing the printing circuit board for the camera module and a case main body(1) mounting inside the cover. The device couples an opening unit as a coupling body(2) to enable a domed or circular shape transferring window(11) to be arranged in the case body.
