A method for making lemon tart includes preparing dough of comminuted shortcake biscuits with butter and making a filling. Shortcake biscuits are comminuted with sugar and butter, distributed onto four moulds and baked in an oven at a temperature of 75 °C in the course of 10 minutes. Then the filling is prepared separately, for which purpose milk is poured into a stewpan, lemon zest, dairy cream are added, the obtained mass is boiled and cooled. A yolk, sugar are separately put into a dish, they are added into the stewpan and the cream is boiled up to semi-readiness. Afterwards yoghurt and the cream cheese "Bucco" are added into the warm cream, it is distributed onto 4 tarts, they are baked for 15 minutes at a temperature of 175 ºC and cooled. |
