STRUCTURE OF PROTECTING HEAT IN LED ROAD LIGHTER

PURPOSE: A heat radiation structure of an LED lamp with an expanded thermal pad is provided to improve heat radiation efficiency by directly transmitting heat from the expanded thermal pad and a metal band to a heat sink. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(50) radiates heat. A PCB(20) is mounted on the upper side of the heat sink and includes a penetration unit which mounts an LED package, and a circuit pattern. An LED module is mounted on one side of the PCB. A thermal pad is protruded to the lower side of the LED module. The heat sink is connected to both sides of a metal band.
