PURPOSE: A gasket for a separate plate of a fuel cell is provided to improve the sealing property of a separator with depth deviation ofby varying the depths of grooves and to minimize the electrical resistance and interface resistance of each component. CONSTITUTION: A gasket for a separate plate of a fuel cell comprises a first sealing member(30) formed on a gasket groove(20) of a separator(100) and a second sealing member formed on the first sealing member. The first sealing member has a lower viscosity than that of the second sealing member. A method for preparing a gasket for a fuel cell separator comprises the following steps of: applying a coating solution containing a low viscosity liquid rubber resin on a gasket groove of a separator to form a first sealing member; and forming a second sealing member on the first sealing member. |
