PURPOSE: A CCTV system for monitoring, warning, and informing restricted areas such as restricted areas for a mountain and swimming and operating method thereof are provided to reduce risk due to trespassing on restricted areas. CONSTITUTION: A method for operating a CCTV system for monitoring, warning, and informing restricted areas such as restricted areas for a mountain and swimming comprises the following steps. Restricted areas are consecutively photographed. It is detected whether a person exists in the photographed images by analyzing the photographed images(S12). When a person exists in the photographed images, the photographed images are stored in a database. The photographed images after first time after a person exists in the photographed images are stored in the database. When a person exists in the photographed images, a first announcement for informing a restricted area is transmitted. It is detected whether a person exists in the restricted areas after the second time after the first announcement is transmitted. When a person exists in the restricted areas, a second announcement is transmitted. |
