A method for making apple tart includes rolling sheet dough in powdered sugar, baking thereof, making a filling. Apples are sliced, laid out onto butter-paper, washed over with butter, poured with sugar and cinnamon, baked. Scalded cream is prepared. The cream is laid out onto the ready dough, it is covered with apples from above, coated with apricot jelly. The ready dish is supplemented with an ice-cream ball. |
