PURPOSE: A boiler with a carbon heater is provided to ensure easy assembly and maintenance of the carbon heater by employing flanges and cartridges. CONSTITUTION: A boiler(900) comprises a preheating tank(200) which is provided with a temperature sensor(210) and a water level sensor(220) and fixed in a body(113) of a housing(100) by a supporting bracket(230) and one or more carbon heaters(300). The carbon heaters comprises a heating unit(310) and a fixing unit(330). The heating unit includes a quartz tube(311) having an isolated internal space, a carbon fiber heating element of coil type which generates heat when applied with power, and a pair of power lines which are led in from a side of the quartz tube and extended out of the quartz tube in order to apply power to the carbon fiber heating element. The fixing unit is coupled to the upper part of the preheating tank to arrange the heating unit inside the preheating tank and includes a flange which supports the heating unit. |
