METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF RECURRING COURSE OF CHRONIC GASTRODUODENAL PATHOLOGY IN CHILDREN

Method for diagnostics sand prediction of recurring course of chronic gastroduodenal pathology in children includes investigation of processes of apoptosis and proliferation by means of immunohistochemical analysis. Processes of proliferation and apoptosis are determined depending on nozological form of gastroduodenal pathology and level of inflammatory changes of mucous membrane of stomach and duodenum. One evaluates relation between activity of proliferation and apoptosis and development of respective form of gastritis and duodenitis and at substantial increase of pro-apoptosis characteristic VAH (more than 50 % of positively dyed cells) and decrease of expression of anti-apoptosis characteristic Bcl-2 (less than 10 % of positively dyed cells) at background of different parameters of index of proliferation depending on form and level of inflammation of mucous membrane of organs of duodenal zone at different forms of gastroduodenal pathology one predicts progress of inflammatory process in mucous membrane of stomach and duodenum and recurring course of chronic gastroduodenal pathology in children.
