PURPOSE: A vacuum-absorbs wafer with a vacuum hole and vacuum groove and the loading of the wafer for the solar battery and unloading apparatus prevent the secession of wafer. Wafer can be transfer at high speed let safely in the transfer conveyor. CONSTITUTION: The carrier transport unit(200) loads the carrier(C) loading a wafer(W) for the solar battery. The wafer transfer unit(100) transfers a plurality of wafer for the solar batteries to the carrier conveying unit. The wafer transfer unit comprises the transfer conveyor(120) including a plurality of vacuum holes(122a) in the surface. The transfer conveyor is in a long queue formed according to the direction loading the wafer for the solar battery in the carrier Y-axis. The transfer conveyor comprises the conveyor body forming the vacuum groove along the Y-axis and conveyer belt. |
