A method for making spicy paste lies in that 100 g of aubergines, 100 g of sweet pepper, 100 g of tomatoes are baked on a chargrill. The baked vegetables are finely chopped by a knife, mixed and dressed with olive oil adding garlic sauce to the dish. |
