摘要

A method for X-ray examination of hip joint during surgical treatment comprises the lateral projection of hip joint on cassette located near internal surface of the upper hip third . For obtaining of clear image of femur neck the cassette is located near gluteal tuberosity on the side opposite to examined one in parallel to femur neck. The X-ray is directed in frontal plane from above and externally by angle of 45° to sagital plane.
