The invention relates to metallurgy, predominantly to steel-melting production, namely to structure of lance head with uniform nozzle block. A lance head comprises the central, intermediate and outside connecting branch tubes which are concentrically located and which are formed chains of gas supply, supply and disposal of cooling water, uniform multynozzle block with central channel water and supply and discharge channels for pass of cooling water between nozzle, and also gap between intermediate branch tube and internal surface of periphery site of nozzle block, at that sectional flow area of gap determined from the claimed ratio. The ratio of sectional flow area of central water channel to summary area of pass sectionals of supply channels is declared range. The supply channels are located tangential-directed to side surface of central water channel. The twisting angle of supply channels in horizontal plane determined by the declared ratio. Discharge channels are located the tangential-directed to lateral surface of central water channel, at that direction of twisting angle of discharge channels is opposite to twisting angle of supply channels. The invention provides the increase of head cooling efficiency, increase its resistance, and also decrease of erosive deterioration of proceeding sites nozzles, stabilization of blowing operation of melting and, as consequence, improvement practically all basic technical and economic parameters of last. |
