PURPOSE: An axle spring rubber of axle suspension device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to deform the top and bottom of an inner bracket toward an outer barrel bracket. CONSTITUTION: An axle spring rubber of axle suspension device comprises an outer barrel bracket(44), an inner bracket(46), and a rubber elastic body(48). The outer barrel bracket is a cylindrical shape. The inner bracket is arranged in a central part. The rubber elastic body is inserted between the outer barrel bracket and inner bracket and elastically and integrally attaches the outer barrel bracket and the inner bracket. A notch part passing through the rubber elastic body is formed on the fixed point of a peripheral direction of the rubber elastic body. The inner and outer rubber stopper parts are formed on each notch part. The outer rubber stopper is extended from the inner circumference of the outer barrel bracket toward the diametric direction.
