METHOD OF MULTI-STAGE GRINDING IN RATTLERS

摘要

A method of multi-stage grinding in rattlers includes a first stage of coarse grinding at mainly impact action of bodies of grinding load on the particles of crushed material, intermediate stages are also possible as well as the last stage of fine grinding with mostly erased and crushing impact of bodies of grinding load on the particles of crushed material. The first stage of grinding is implemented when the maximum value of specific kinetic energy of translational motion of a part of load performing non-free fall is reached. The last stage of milling is carried out at achieving maximum specific kinetic energy of chaotic in transverse direction and forward movement in longitudinal direction of displaced load layer.
