PURPOSE: A CCTV system for monitoring, warning, and informing trespassing and an operating method thereof are provided to sense a person which trespasses, store a photographed image which is the sensed result, and transmit a trespassing restriction announcement. CONSTITUTION: A method for operating a CCTV system for monitoring, warning, and informing trespassing comprises the following steps. A road is consecutively photographed at a fixed cycle(S11). The photographed images are analyzed so that it is determined whether a person exists in the photographed images. When a person exists in the photographed images, the photographed images are stored in a database(S13). It is determined whether first time passes after it is detected that a person exists in the photographed images(S14). The photographed images after the first time are stored in the database. It is determined whether second time passes after a previous announcement is transmitted or whether third time passes after it is determined that a person in the photographed images(S16,S18). An announcement for preventing trespassing is transmitted according to the result about whether the second or third time passes(S19). |
