POLYCAPILLARY FORMER OF BEAM OF X-RAY RADIATION

摘要

The invention relates to means for formation of bean of X-ray radiation with given angles of convergence or divergence. Poly-capillary former of beam of X-ray radiation has poly-capillary structure formed of strip that is laid to lack of several layers. Poly-capillary structure has grooves (2) formed at one side of the strip by means of photolithography and etching depths and widths of which are defined by cross dimensions of capillary, and the grooves are placed across the strip by its whole width, at that distance between the grooves is equal to thickness of strip in area of bottom of the groove. The invention improves process of production of former of beam of X-ray radiation.
