摘要 The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to a method for melting of addition alloy based on iron with stage extraction of sulfur, zinc, lead from waste of metallurgical production and dust. A method comprises the loading of charge from waste mix of metallurgical production, dust, energy carrier as coal and finish smelt from preliminary melting, heating of charge by energy carrier to dissolution, at that energy carrier-coal is mixed with charge in the ratio 1: (0.3-1) accordingly, charge is stage heated to temperature 700 °C with extraction from it volatiles and alkalis, then is heated to temperature 800 - 1000 °C with extraction of sulfur, in future zinc is extracted in temperature ranges 1000 - 1500 °C by condensation from waste gases on both water-cooling steel and zinc bases, according, which is placed intoe of furnace, at heating of charge 900 - 1000 °C zinc is extracted by it tapping through notch of furnace to it melting, and at heating to temperature 1500 - 1600 °C is produced residual of finish alloy based on iron. The invention providesstage extraction of waste of metallurgical production of detrimental substances – sulfur, volatilesalkalis, heavy metals – zinc and lead, separately one from another, for their further use, decrease of losses of processed raw material with producing in comprehensible temperature ranges of alloy – addition alloy based on iron without loss in it useful elements – Cr, Ni, Mn.
