PURPOSE: An emergency rescue, capable of rapid put fire extinguishing experts to the field, is provided to move the fire extinguishing experts at a stable high speed by guiding and supporting an elevating cart by suing a guide wire. CONSTITUTION: An emergency rescue comprises a main part wire(202), a guide wire(203), a guide wire withdrawer(209), and an attaching machine(210). The main part wire interlinks an elevating cart(201) and a wire reel(211). The guide wire is installed between the wire reel and attaching machine. The guide wire forms a guide path to guide and support the elevating cart in emergency. The wire reel winds or unwinds the guide wire. The attaching machine fixes the guide wire withdrawer and supports the tension of the guide wire.
