The invention relates to powder metallurgy, namely to the method of manufacturing articles from powdered material. A method includes transporting powder material obtained by preliminary mixing several metal-containing powders in the form of their mixture, by transporting it by inert gas, successive multilayer formation of article volume by laser sintering, subsequent mechanical removal of substrate, and mechanical properties and shape of the finished article depend on change of the composition of mixture of metal-containing powders, and the substrate, on which said mixture is formed, has possibility of longitudinal, transverse, vertical and rotary movement during formation of the finished article. The invention provides manufacturing articles with variable high physical and mechanical properties and required functional shape. |
