FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to indexing tool consisting of deflector of indexation and of deflector shoe. The deflector shoe has a through orifice shaped for reception of a working tool, making a hole in a casing and for a working tool making a drill hole. The deflector of indexation is shaped so, as to direct the shoe of the deflector from the first position to at least the second position to make orifices in the casing and drill holes through the said orifice in each position. ^ EFFECT: making one or several orifices in casing before positioning drill holes; transfer, repeated enter or repeated access to each orifice of casing and to each bore hole. ^ 15 cl, 9 dwg
