PURPOSE: A dental implant abutment and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the optical scan efficiency of the CAD/CAM exclusive abutment, to simplify the manufacturing process and to improve the performance. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a dental implant abutment includes: a step(S100) of preparing a CAD/CAM exclusive abutment combined to the top of a customized abutment; a step(S200) of doing the diffused reflection surface treatment on the outer surface of the CAD/CAM exclusive abutment; a step(S300) of obtaining figure data via the optical scanning of the CAD/CAM exclusive abutment which has gone through the diffused reflection surface treatment; a step(S400) of forming an adhesive passage hole coping with the obtained figure data inside the customized abutment via the CAD/CAM process; and a step(S500) that a joint protrusion of the CAD/CAM exclusive abutment is inserted into and bonded to the adhesive passage hole formed in the customized abutment. |
