FINISH ROLLING METHOD AND LINE FOR HOT ROLLING OF INITIAL MATERIAL

FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for rolling with keeping temperature inside finish rolling line incorporating multiple stands and at outlet of said line higher than preset lower threshold level. Proposed method comprises rolling with heat loss compensation by heating rolled stock with the help of heaters between separated stands. Fuel consumption is minimised by heating material only at points whereat material temperature may drop below preset threshold because of heat losses. Note here that material temperature is increased to allow temperature reduction at finishing line outlet or between heaters to lower threshold temperature. ^ EFFECT: minimised power consumption for heating. ^ 16 cl, 7 dwg
