FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier (DA) with low supply voltage includes input differential cascade (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs; current mirror (4) the output of which is connected to base of input transistor (5) of buffer amplifier (BA) (6), and the first (7) current-stabilising bipole (CB). The fist CB (7) is connected to input of current mirror (4), emitter of input transistor (5) of BA (6) is connected to output of DA and connected to the second (8) additional CB, the second (3) current output of input DC (1) is connected to output of current mirror (4), the first (2) current output of input DC (1) is connected to common bus of power supplies through the first group of p-n junctions (9) and through the second group of p-n junctions (10) to collector of input transistor (5) of BA (6); at that, collector of input transistor (5) of BA (6) is connected to the third CB (11). ^ EFFECT: decreasing zero offset voltage Uoffset, its drift in conditions of structural asymmetry, and temperature and radiation impacts. ^ 6 dwg |
