FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: constructed are recombinant plasmid DNA pAUTL-GFP bearing a hybrid gene coding green fluorescent protein (GFP) and a signal sequence of autolysin from Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. The produced plasmid is used to transform an Agrobacterium strain.
