Current voltage is compared with threshold voltages to fix occupancy and clearing of track line. With track line occupied for a long period, at intensive atmospheric precipitation and notably reduction in insulance reduction, occupancy and clearing of advance track circuit are fixed to compare current voltage of adjacent track lines and, if they are equal (difference not exceeding 25%) track line clearing is recorded. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability of track state control. ^ 1 dwg
