Plant topper machine comprises a frame, a drive-equipped vertical shaft with detachable knives set in pairs, having an index drive with a continuous branch, a bar conveyor with supporting and guiding rolls, with master and slave shafts, axial fans, having individual drive, detachable knives with cutting edges, guides of flows of non-cut and cut onions, settling chambers to collect and transport cut tops, mineral litter and non-standard onions and a pneumatic line.
