Luggage rack 2 comprises chamber with bottom external surface 8, top surface 12, open side arranged between said bottom surface 8 and top surface 12, as well as base 10 arranged opposite chamber open side. Norte here that said rack may turn about its rotational axis 4 and move about said axis between opened position wherein chamber open side may be accessed from the cabin while rear part 26 of bottom surface 8 is hidden, and closed position wherein chamber open side is moved inside to make rear side 26 of bottom surface 8 visible. Chamber rear part features cylindrical shape and comprises generating lines 34, 36, in fact, parallel to rack rotational axis 4.
