Great volumetric gas flow runs in onto mixing plate arranged at the angle to flow direction to create flow vortices tails on plate front (windward) side. Fluid flow is directed to reflecting surface center arranged on mixing element leeward side. Fluid medium gas flow is adulterated behind mixing element.
