FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to animal feeding and involves a method for production of a supplement of fermentative broth containing L- lysine and a supplement for animals produced by this method. The supplement production method envisages the following stages: granules formation immediately of L- lysine fermentative broth without passing through the filtration process, the granules weight amount equal to nearly 48-52%; mixing the concentrate with an active agent regulating purity or with free lysine for formation of a mixture concentrate with corrected L- lysine content; formation of granules with bulbous structure from the concentrate mixture, cooling the prepared granules with the granules formation stage thus completed; inoculums placement into the chamber, upward directed air injection into the chamber from under the inoculums so that minimum quantity of the granules is floated in the chamber, spraying the mixture concentrate at the moment of air injection whereby the concentrate mixture sprayed onto the granules is dried by injected air and further removal of finished particles from the chamber. ^ EFFECT: group of inventions ensures production of a supplement for animals with lysine-HCI purity at least 63%, the maximum water content is 3% and pour density is 67050 kg/m3. ^ 18 cl, 7 dwg, 3 tbl, 4 ex |
