PURPOSE: A district-based newspaper or magazine using maps and a method for editing the same are provided to improve the convenience of a user by simultaneously confirming the location and the phone number of a target. CONSTITUTION: A map and figure part(2) displays a district-based traffic road net. A content part displays advertisements and stores displaying the advertisements. The stores are additionally displayed on the map and figure part. Index ranges and distributing marks are additionally displayed on the map and figure part.
