PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus is provided to reduce the resource waste and the expense by replacing the component with easy disassembly. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit module is arranged inside the first main body member(110). A second main body member(130) is connected to the first main body member detachably. A heat-dissipating module is arranged within the second main body member. The heat-dissipating module is electrically connected to the control circuit module.
