摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator unit having a low manufacturing cost, and a high positional precision, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the unit. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator unit 100 includes: a rectangular metallic board 111; resin-made support sections 120 and 130 in which longitudinal both ends 111a and 111b of the metallic board 111 are embedded by integral molding; rectangular piezoelectric boards 112 and 113 fixed to the both main faces or one main face of the metallic board 111; and a movable section 140 formed at a longitudinal central section 112a of the piezoelectric boards 112 and 113. In this way, the support sections 120 and 130 are integrally molded with the metallic board 111 so that an operation based on manual working is eliminated to reduce costs. The variations of the bonding positions based on manual working are also reduced to increase the positional precision of the bonding section.
